We are a "No Pressure" mortgage company.  We consult with the borrower and offer suggestions and/ or alternatives to help them accomplish their goals.  We also offer free second opinions to allow borrowers to compare offers from other companies.  We have very competitive pricing (low rates and low fees) and a wide array of loan products which will allow you to close more loans and keep a customer for life (we enjoy many referrals and repeat customers).  We also have in house loan processing, automated underwriting, and other support.

We do have educational requirements... (a College degree is not required) a High School diploma or GED is required, real estate related continuing education is a big plus...

Current or previous Loan Officer or mortgage processing experience is required.  A Real Estate background is also preferred.  We prefer persons who have at least taken and passed the State licensing course for Real Estate Sales Agent.  The licensing course for Appraiser is a plus.  There will be a preliminary telephone interview.  There may be a written test if we choose to meet for a face to face interview...

We offer a split based on experience and volume.  This will only be discussed at an interview.  This is a commission " W-2" position with the possibility of draws.  A year end bonus will be paid based on production.   Realistic first year income mid 5 figures to 6 figures (it all depends on you)...
